DESCRIPTION <\/a> <\/h2>\n

A ttk::spinbox<\/b> widget is a ttk::entry<\/b> widget with built-in up and down buttons that are used to either modify a numeric value or to select among a set of values. The widget implements all the features of the ttk::entry<\/b> widget including support of the \u2212textvariable<\/b> option to link the value displayed by the widget to a Tcl variable.<\/p>\n

WIDGET COMMAND <\/a> <\/h2>\n

The following subcommands are possible for spinbox widgets in addition to the commands described for the ttk::entry<\/b> widget:
pathName<\/i> get<\/b><\/p>\n

Returns the spinbox\u2019s current value.<\/p>\n

pathName<\/i> set<\/b> value<\/i><\/p>\n

Set the spinbox string to value<\/i>. If a \u2212format<\/b> option has been configured then this format will be applied. If formatting fails or is not set or the \u2212values<\/b> option has been used then the value is set directly.<\/p>\n

VIRTUAL EVENTS <\/a> <\/h2>\n

The spinbox widget generates a <><\/b> virtual event when the user presses , and a <><\/b> virtual event when the user presses .<\/p>\n

STYLING OPTIONS <\/a> <\/h2>\n

The class name for a ttk::spinbox<\/b> is TSpinbox<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Dynamic states: active<\/b>, disabled<\/b>, focus<\/b>, readonly<\/b>.<\/p>\n

TSpinbox<\/b> styling options configurable with ttk::style<\/b> are:<\/p>\n

\u2212arrowcolor<\/b> color<\/i>
\u2212arrowsize<\/b> amount<\/i>
\u2212background<\/b> color<\/i><\/p>\n

For backwards compatibility, when using the aqua theme (for macOS), this option behaves as an alias for the \u2212fieldbackground<\/b> provided that no value is specified for \u2212fieldbackground<\/b>. Otherwise it is ignored.<\/p>\n
