The killpg<\/i>() function shall send the signal specified by sig<\/i> to the process group specified by pgrp<\/i>.<\/p>\n

If pgrp<\/i> is greater than 1, killpg<\/i>(pgrp<\/i>,\u00a0sig<\/i>) shall be equivalent to kill<\/i>(\u2212pgrp<\/i>,\u00a0sig<\/i>). If pgrp<\/i> is less than or equal to 1, the behavior of killpg<\/i>() is undefined.<\/p>\n
