NAME<\/a> user-dirs.dirs \u2212 settings for XDG user dirs<\/p>\n The $HOME\/.config\/user\u2212dirs.dirs file is a text file that contains the user\u2212specific values for the XDG user dirs. It is created and updated by the xdg\u2212user\u2212dirs\u2212update command.<\/p>\n This file contains lines of the form<\/p>\n XDG_NAME<\/i>_DIR=VALUE<\/i><\/p>\n The following names are recognised:<\/p>\n DESKTOP VALUE<\/i> must be of the form “$HOME\/Path” or “\/Path”.<\/p>\n Lines beginning with a # character are ignored.<\/p>\n The format of user\u2212dirs.dirs is designed to allow direct sourcing of this file in shell scripts.<\/p>\n XDG_CONFIG_DIRS<\/b><\/p>\n The user\u2212dirs.defaults file is located in this directory.
