Download binary or source packages.<\/p>\n

SYNOPSIS <\/a> <\/h2>\n

dnf download [options] …<\/b><\/p>\n

ARGUMENTS <\/a> <\/h2>\n

<\/b><\/p>\n

Package specification for the package to download. Local RPMs can be specified as well. This is useful with the \u2212\u2212source<\/b> option or if you want to download the same RPM again.<\/p>\n

OPTIONS <\/a> <\/h2>\n

All general DNF options are accepted, see Options<\/i> in dnf(8)<\/b> for details.
\u2212\u2212help\u2212cmd<\/b><\/p>\n

Show this help.<\/p>\n

\u2212\u2212arch [,…]<\/b><\/p>\n

Limit the query to packages of given architectures (default is all compatible architectures with your system). To download packages with arch incompatible with your system use \u2212\u2212forcearch=<\/b> option to change basearch.<\/p>\n

\u2212\u2212source<\/b><\/p>\n

Download the source rpm. Enables source repositories of all enabled binary repositories.<\/p>\n

\u2212\u2212debuginfo<\/b><\/p>\n

Download the debuginfo rpm. Enables debuginfo repositories of all enabled binary repositories.<\/p>\n

\u2212\u2212downloaddir<\/b><\/p>\n

Download directory, default is the current directory (the directory must exist).<\/p>\n\n\n

\u2212\u2212url<\/b><\/p>\n<\/td>\n

Instead of downloading, print list of urls where the rpms can be downloaded.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n

Limit the protocol of the urls output by the \u2212\u2212url option. Options are http, https, rsync, ftp.<\/p>\n

\u2212\u2212resolve<\/b><\/p>\n

Resolves dependencies of specified packages and downloads missing dependencies in the system.<\/p>\n

dnf download dnf<\/b><\/p>\n

Download the latest dnf package to the current directory.<\/p>\n

dnf download \u2212\u2212url dnf<\/b><\/p>\n

Just print the remote location url where the dnf rpm can be downloaded from.<\/p>\n

dnf download \u2212\u2212url \u2212\u2212urlprotocols=https \u2212\u2212urlprotocols=rsync dnf<\/b><\/p>\n

Same as above, but limit urls to https or rsync urls.<\/p>\n

dnf download dnf \u2212\u2212destdir \/tmp\/dnl<\/b><\/p>\n

Download the latest dnf package to the \/tmp\/dnl directory (the directory must exist).<\/p>\n

dnf download dnf \u2212\u2212source<\/b><\/p>\n

Download the latest dnf source package to the current directory.<\/p>\n

dnf download rpm \u2212\u2212debuginfo<\/b><\/p>\n

Download the latest rpm\u2212debuginfo package to the current directory.<\/p>\n

dnf download btanks \u2212\u2212resolve<\/b><\/p>\n

Download the latest btanks package and the uninstalled dependencies to the current directory.<\/p>\n
