era_check<\/b> – validate era metadata on device or file.<\/p>\n

era_check<\/b> checks era metadata created by the device-mapper era target on a device or file.<\/p>\n

This tool cannot be run on live metadata.<\/p>\n

-h, –help<\/b><\/p>\n

Print help and exit.<\/p>\n

-V, –version<\/b><\/p>\n

Print version information and exit.<\/p>\n

-q, –quiet<\/b><\/p>\n

Suppress output messages, return only exit code.<\/p>\n

–super-block-only<\/b><\/p>\n

Only check the superblock is present.<\/p>\n

Analyse thin provisioning metadata on logical volume \/dev\/vg\/metadata:<\/p>\n

The device may not be actively used by the target when running.<\/p>\n
