mkinitrd \u2212 is a compat wrapper, which calls dracut to generate an initramfs<\/p>\n

mkinitrd<\/b> [OPTION…<\/i>] [] <\/p>\n

mkinitrd creates an initramfs image for the kernel with version by calling “dracut”.<\/p>\n

Important<\/big><\/b>
If a more fine grained control over the resulting image is needed, “dracut” should be called directly.<\/p>\n

print info about the version<\/big><\/p>\n
